Arbor Parent Portal

At Fairfield, we use Arbor to help parents and carers stay connected with school life. Through the Parent Portal or free Arbor Parent App, you can access information about your child, receive school communications and manage payments in one convenient place.

Staying informed and connected

You can use Arbor to:

Communicate with school - receive messages and updates, and respond to communications where a reply is requested.
Check your child’s timetable - see their lessons and help them prepare for the school day.
Book parent/carer evening appointments - choose from available appointments when bookings open.
Check RISE points - celebrate your child’s achievements and recognise their positive contributions to school life.
Please check Arbor regularly so you do not miss important information or booking opportunities.

School meals and payments

Our cashless payment system allows you to:

Add money to your child’s account for food and drinks at break and lunchtime.
Check their account balance.
Make payments for school trips, music tuition and other school activities.
Payments can be made securely using a debit or credit card. Please check your child’s meal account regularly and ensure there are sufficient funds available for their purchases.

Using the Arbor Parent App

For convenient access on your phone or tablet, download the free Arbor Parent App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use the same email address and password for both the app and the Parent Portal.

Getting started

Please follow the account setup instructions provided by the school. Your login email address should match the address we hold for you. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions.
